Who is a Sports Bully – Players

They focus on kids who are smaller and less physically talented. They also target gifted athletes because the bullies are jealous and want to force talented kids out of competition. With players competing for a prominent position on their team, they will find the competition to be fierce and bullying is common.

In addition, with tryouts for sports teams coming up and the ongoing push to win games throughout the season, parents should beware of the possibility of other player bullies their children in trying to psych them out, intimidate them, harass them or tease them in sports; all this to hurt their performance and make them feel like a lesser player.
